About Page Turner

Page Turner keeps everyone's sheet music on the same page. One person turns the page, and every connected device follows.

Why It Exists

Page Turner was built for my dad and his friends, who get together to play music. It lets a group read the same score on their own tablets while one person turns the pages for everyone.

How It Works

  1. The leader uploads a PDF and gets a room with a link, a QR code, and a room code.
  2. Viewers scan the QR code, open the link, or enter the room code on the home page. No account or app is needed.
  3. The leader turns pages by tapping, swiping, or using a Bluetooth page-turner pedal, and every device follows. Anyone who joins late starts on the current page.
  4. A room can hold a set list of several PDFs. The leader switches between them, and each piece remembers its page.
  5. A room can also hold a part for each section, such as Violin II or Vocals. Players choose their part when they join, and each part can have its own leader to turn its pages. See the FAQ.

Free, With Ads on the Home Page

Page Turner is free to use. It's supported by ads on the home page only. Ads never appear inside a room or over your music. Some of our guides, such as the Guide to Pedals, also link to products on Amazon. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.

Credits

Page Turner is built with open-source software, including PDF.js, Socket.IO, and Express.

The sample piece is a piano arrangement of Korobeiniki, a traditional Russian folk song best known as the Tetris theme. Tetris is a trademark of The Tetris Company, which is not affiliated with Page Turner.
