Worship Team Chord Charts in Sync
Page Turner keeps your whole worship team on the same chart. The music director or worship leader turns the page, and every musician's iPad or tablet turns with them, from rehearsal through the service.
How It Works for Worship Teams
- The music director uploads the set's charts as PDFs to one room's set list, in service order.
- Musicians and singers join with the QR code, the link, or the six-character room code. There's no account to create or app to install.
- The leader turns pages with a tap, a swipe, or a Bluetooth pedal, and every screen on the platform follows.
- Between songs, the leader picks the next song in the set list and everyone switches. Each song remembers its page.
Setup Tips for Worship Teams
- Use one chart for everyone. Charts that show chords and lyrics together work for the whole team. If the vocalists need lyric sheets instead, add a part for them in ☰ → Set List → + Add a Part, and send its leader the link from Share → Lead a Part.
- Export each chart in the key you'll play. Page Turner shows your PDF exactly as it is and can't transpose, so set the key in your chart software before you export.
- Lead hands-free. If the leader plays guitar or keys, a Bluetooth pedal turns pages without stopping.
- Hand the page turns to someone else. In the Share panel, Lead From Another Device gives you a link that lets a second person, such as the music director at the sound desk, turn pages too. Anyone with that link can turn pages for everyone, so keep it private.
- Jump back for an extra chorus. The leader can type a page number to jump straight there, and every screen follows. For a song's planned road map, set the play order once in ☰ → Repeats & Jumps; see repeats and codas in digital sheet music.
- Plan around the 24-hour clock. A room closes 24 hours after a song was last added or shown. A room from Saturday evening's rehearsal is still open on Sunday morning, but if you rehearse earlier in the week, start a fresh room on Sunday.
- Check the connection before the service. Every device needs internet access. If the Wi-Fi is weak on the platform, test it at rehearsal or use cellular data. A green dot next to the page number means a device is connected, and devices catch up automatically after a dropout.
Questions From Worship Leaders
Can vocalists follow along on their phones?
Yes. Any phone with a current browser can join. Turning on Trim Margins from ☰ cuts the white border so the chords and lyrics are bigger, and turning the phone sideways helps with wide charts.
Can we reuse this week's set next Sunday?
Yes. In ☰ → Set List, tap Save This Set List to keep the charts in order, with any marks and repeats. Next week, start a new room from it on the home page and add or swap songs. If the music director signs in, saved set lists are on every device they sign in on, including the one at the sound desk. In a room with parts, every part is saved too.
What about outdoor services or a dark sanctuary?
For sun, turn the screen brightness all the way up and angle the tablet away from the glare. For a dim sanctuary, Dark Stage in ☰ shows light notes on black. See tablet sheet music on stage and outdoors for heat, wind, and battery tips.
Our charts come from a chart service. Will they work?
If the service can export or print a chart to PDF, it works. Export each chart in the key you'll play, and name the files so they sort in service order, as in how to organize a set list.
Before You Share Charts
Only share charts your church has the rights to use, and check that your licenses cover sharing them digitally with your team.
